osTicket is a very popular Support Ticket System used by most of the web hosting companies. We have modified the clients Area Design with the default setup. This gives the clients a better functional experience when compared to the default system. The Design is fully responsive that enables effective usage on mobile devices. The admin and agent section is not customized.
